How It Works
It starts with a conversation. We want to understand who you are, what your last relationship taught you, and what you are genuinely looking for rather than the version you would put in a profile. If we do not think we can find that person for you, we say so at that stage.
From there, your matchmaker begins searching. That means our existing network and active recruitment on your behalf, because the right person is often someone who has never contacted a matchmaking agency in her life. You approve every introduction before it happens. After each date, we ask you both what worked and what did not, and the search sharpens with every answer.
You are not managing this. That is the point of hiring someone.
